Mr. Vinay Bajaj is the Managing Director and Founder of Videotex International. 4 decades ago, his vision of manufacturing TVs in India began the inception of India’s manufacturing capabilities – making him a pioneer of tech manufacturing in India. Bringing a balance of experience and knowledge, Mr. Vinay Bajaj has lead Videotex to new heights in terms of innovation, accelerated growth, and management.
Mr. Arjun Bajaj

Mr. Arjun Bajaj is the director of Videotex International and the founder & CEO of Daiwa and Shinco. A graduate in Business Management from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, he took over as the director of Videotex International while subsequently launching Daiwa and Shinco – the in-house premier brands of LED and Smart LED TVs. Arjun’s drive for success led to the diversification of Videotex adding new verticals to the brand in his aim to make Videotex the largest LED TV manufacturing company in India.
Mr. Dinesh K Nassa

Mr. Dinesh K. Nasa is the CEO of Videotex International. He has over 30 years of experience in the technology and manufacturing industry and has lead Videotex’s growth and business development over the years. Mr. Dinesh is responsible for enhancing the brand equity and market base of Videotex in India and internationally.
